The bus-stop, a restaurant and a supermarket is only 200 m from our house.

During the winter the Stubaital is a paradise for all wintersport-fans. The ski-areas and toboggan runs are 3 km away from our house, the Stubaier glacier is about 20 km away. The cross-country skiing track is nearby and also lots of walking-areas.

In summer you can find a lot of hiking-areas, also especially for families with kids.
A small lake (also for swimming), playgrounds, football- und beachvolleyplaces are nearby.
Our nice garden can also be enjoyed by our guests, there you can also play table-tennis or darts.

The stubai-valley is in winter and also in summer a very nice place for holidays.
